Accessibility

A site everyone can use.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

FrameFocus Media wants everyone to be able to see our work, book a shoot, and use their client portal, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or voice control.

The standard we aim for

Our target for this website, our order pages, and the client portal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is a target we are working toward. We do not claim that every page already meets it.

What we test

  • Every release is checked by an automated accessibility test (axe) against WCAG 2.2 AA on our public pages: the home page, a service page, the gallery, the contact page, the first step of every order page, the sign-in page, and our legal pages, including this one.
  • The client portal, our photographers' app, and our own admin pages need a sign-in, so the automated test cannot reach them. We are checking them by hand, with the keyboard alone and with a screen reader, and we will fix what we find.
  • Every photo we publish carries a text description for screen readers.

What we know falls short

  • Some descriptions of photos are written automatically and can miss a detail. Tell us and we will correct one.
  • The 3D tours on some listing websites come from Matterport and Zillow, and the maps from our map providers; we cannot change how those work.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on our site is hard to use, email info@framefocusmedia.com or call (352) 689-9968. Say which page and what happened, and we will reply within two business days. If you need a quote, a booking, or your photos in another way, we will arrange it with you directly.
