FrameFocus Media sends a few short text messages about photo, video and drone shoots to clients and photographers who ask for them. This page describes that program.

Who sends them

FrameFocus Media, a photography, videography and drone studio in Lake, Sumter and Marion counties, Florida. Every text starts with "FrameFocus Media:".

The messages

For clients: a reminder the day before your shoot, with its street and time, and a text when your photographer is on the way.
For our photographers: a text when a shoot is assigned to them, moved or cancelled.

We never send marketing texts, and a text never asks for a payment or a password.

How often

Up to 4 messages per shoot, sent between 8am and 7pm Eastern time. The exceptions are the code that confirms your number and the confirmation we send the moment you opt in.

How to opt in

Sign in, then open the Account page of your client portal (photographers: the profile page of the crew app). Under Text messages, enter your mobile number and tick the box beside this sentence:

I agree to receive automated text messages from FrameFocus Media about my shoots at this number. Up to 4 messages per shoot. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The box is never ticked for you, and consent is not a condition of purchase. We then text a 6-digit code to that number; texts start only once you type the code on the same screen, within 10 minutes, so a mistyped number never gets our texts. Then we send one text: "FrameFocus Media: you're signed up for shoot texts. Up to 4 msgs per shoot. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

You can also opt in when you book a shoot on our website: at checkout, beside the phone number field, the same unticked box sits beside the same sentence, with links to this page and our Privacy Policy. Ticking it is never required to book. We record the number you typed, the time and the sentence with your booking, and send the same confirmation text; no code is sent on this path, because you typed your own number.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text, at any time, and you will get no more (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE and OPTOUT work too). You can also turn texts off where you turned them on. Reply START to opt back in.

Your number

We use your number only to send these texts. Phone numbers and text message opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
