Finishing Touches
A la carte add-ons for any Central Florida shoot.
Every FrameFocus package is complete on its own. These are the enhancements you add when a particular property calls for them: an empty room that needs furniture, an exterior that deserves a dusk sky, a build that should be documented month by month, or a listing that has to go live today. Add any of them to a shoot in any specialty.
Explore in Detail
Enhancements with a page of their own.
These six come up often enough, and involve enough craft, that they are worth explaining properly. Each page covers how the work is done, when it is worth booking, and when it honestly is not.
The Full List
Everything else you can add to a shoot.
Availability is confirmed at booking so the quote always matches the property, and full pricing sits on the booking page alongside the packages.
Extra media
Additional deliverables produced from the same visit, or from footage we already captured. Add any of these to a shoot in any specialty.
- 01
Amenities Photography
Neighborhood amenities, town squares, golf and rec centers photographed to sell the lifestyle around the home rather than just the home.
- 02
Property Walkthrough Video
A steady, room-by-room walkthrough that shows the real flow of the home. Simpler and faster than a cinematic listing film.
- 03
Property Highlight Video
A short, punchy reel of the property at its best, built for the scroll rather than the MLS.
- 04
Vertical Social Media Video
Reels, Shorts and Facebook cuts sized vertical so nothing important lands under the caption.
- 05
Aerial Property Video
Cinematic drone video of the home, the lot and the surroundings, flown under FAA Part 107.
- 06
Aerial Location Highlight Graphic
An aerial frame annotated with distances and landmarks: the gate, the square, the fairway, the water.
- 07
3D Floor Plans
A furnished floor plan rendered in three dimensions. A dimensional model of the layout, not a walkable tour.
- 08
Advanced Retouching
Beyond standard editing: heavier surface work, reflection cleanup and detail correction on the frames that need it.
Extra coverage
For properties that need more time, more visits or more ground than a standard session covers.
- 01
Additional Hour of Coverage
Extra time on site for larger properties, multi-tenant buildings or shoots that need more setup than usual.
- 02
Additional Site Visit
A return visit, most often used on construction projects documenting a new phase.
- 03
Additional Major Structure Coverage
Barns, arenas, guest houses, workshops and outbuildings covered as their own subject rather than background.
- 04
Full Community Coverage Upgrade
Expanded coverage of an entire community: amenities, common areas and multiple model homes in one program.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 24 hours for photos and 48 for video, and weather rescheduling is always free. This covers the case that falls outside it.
- 01
Same-Day Rush Delivery
Edited gallery returned the same day for a listing that has to go live immediately.
Licensing
Standard delivery licenses the media for marketing the property or business photographed.
- 01
Extended Usage Rights
Broader licensing for paid advertising, third-party distribution, franchise use or long-term brand libraries.
Availability
What applies to your specialty.
Not every add-on suits every kind of shoot, and we would rather list them honestly than imply everything is available everywhere. Twilight options belong to the real estate family, rentals and equestrian properties, where an evening exterior genuinely changes how a listing performs. Time-lapse and additional site visits belong to construction and commercial work. Full community coverage is built for active adult and senior living. Extended usage rights matter most to brands running paid advertising.
Each specialty page carries the exact list available for that kind of shoot, alongside what is already included as standard.

Add-on FAQs.
Something not answered here? Send a note through the contact page and we reply the same business day.
Can add-ons be booked without a full shoot?
Some can and some cannot. Anything produced from existing photographs, including virtual staging, virtual twilight and object removal, can be booked on its own provided the source images are good enough to work from. Anything requiring us on site, such as aerial twilight or an agent intro, is booked alongside a session.
Do add-ons delay delivery of the main gallery?
No. Photos are still delivered within 24 hours and video within 48. Add-ons produced in post, such as virtual staging and twilight conversion, follow within about 48 hours so the listing is never held up waiting on an enhancement.
Are add-ons available in every specialty?
Availability varies by specialty because the work does. Twilight options are offered across the real estate family, equestrian and rentals; time-lapse belongs to construction and commercial; community coverage applies to active adult and senior living. Each specialty page lists exactly what is available for that kind of shoot.
Where do I find add-on pricing?
Full pricing for every add-on lives on the booking page alongside the packages, so what you see there is always current. Send a note through the contact page if you want a quote built around a specific property.
Which add-ons are actually worth it?
It depends entirely on the property, and we would rather tell you not to spend the money than sell you something that will not return it. Vacant homes benefit most from virtual staging. Homes with pools, lanais and golf frontage benefit most from twilight. Compact interior villas with no outdoor living usually get more from aerials or video instead.
