How are retainers billed?
Your card is charged when you start and on the same day every month after that. It is month to month with no long-term contract, and each charge grants that month's shoots.
How do I book my shoots?
From the Retainer page of your client portal, with the same open times you see when you book online. Each shoot is a two-hour content session, booked at no extra charge (travel included), at least a day ahead and before your month ends.
What if I do not use all of my shoots?
Shoots do not carry over. Your portal shows how many you have left and the day they reset with your next payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your portal. Your retainer then ends at the end of the month you have paid for and you keep that month's shoots until then. We do not refund part of a month, and you can start again whenever you like.
Can I change plans or pause?
You can move up or down between plans from your portal; the change starts with your next payment and the month you have paid for stays as it is. There is no pause: if you need a break, cancel and start again when you are ready.

Who owns the content?
You get full marketing use of every photo and video for your business: your website, social media, ads, email and print. FrameFocus keeps the copyright, as with every shoot (see our Terms of Service, Section 8). Your delivered files stay in your portal under the same storage rules as any shoot, so download what you want to keep.
