Historic homes deserve careful light
Eustis has an established downtown and older residential streets with homes that have real age and detail: porches, original trim, high ceilings and big trees. Those details are what buyers fall for, and they are easy to lose in flat or over-processed photos. We shoot these homes with exposure blending that holds the dark wood and the bright windows in the same frame, keep verticals straight so old rooms do not look tilted, and compose the exterior around the porch and the trees.
Older homes also tend to have odd layouts. A measured floor plan helps remote buyers understand how the rooms connect, and it saves showing time for everyone.
Lake Eustis and the shoreline around it
Lake Eustis is part of the Harris Chain of Lakes, and the lakefront and lake-view homes around it are a big part of this market. Ferran Park and the downtown waterfront give the town its public face, but the lakeside properties are what an aerial photo shows best: the lot, the shoreline, the dock and the open water in one image.
