What real estate photography costs in Central Florida.

Real estate photography in Central Florida costs roughly $150 for photos alone on a small home, about $175 to $350 for a typical photo, drone and floor plan package, and $500 to $1,100 or more once cinematic video, twilight and a 3D tour come in. Those are our own prices for a home up to 2,000 square feet in The Villages, Lady Lake, Leesburg and Ocala as of November 2026. Larger homes add a size surcharge, and the live prices are always on the booking page.

The more useful question is what moves a quote up or down, and which pieces actually change how fast a listing sells.

What our listing packages cost

Every package below is for a home up to 2,000 square feet, delivered within 24 hours for photos, with blue-sky replacement on every exterior and a free single-property listing website.

  • Listing Launch, $174.99: essential HDR photos, essential drone photos, basic 2D floor plan.
  • Listing Essentials, $219.99: expanded HDR photos, essential drone photos, basic 2D floor plan, slideshow video.
  • Market Ready, $349.99: expanded HDR photos, expanded drone photos, basic 2D floor plan, 60 second walkthrough video.
  • Full Feature, $479.99: expanded photos and drone, premium floor plan, walkthrough video, vertical social video.
  • Cinematic Signature, $579.99: adds a twilight shoot to the video set.
  • Luxury Flagship, $1,124.99: twilight, aerial property film, Matterport 3D tour, 3D deluxe floor plan and the full video set.

If you only need photos, HDR listing photography starts at $149.99 on its own. See what a real estate photo package should include for what to compare beyond the price.

What changes the price

Square footage. This is the biggest factor. A larger home has more rooms to light and more frames to edit, and video takes longer to shoot. Our photo packages add $50 for 2,001 to 3,000 square feet, $100 up to 4,000 and $150 up to 5,000. Video packages add $75, $150 and $225 over the same tiers. Above 5,000 square feet we quote the home directly.

Drone. Aerial photos are the add-on agents here buy most, because golf course frontage, lake access and a short ride to a town square only show up from above. On its own, a drone set runs $89.99 to $139.99. All aerial work is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified, insured pilot, which matters more than the price; see Florida drone rules for real estate.

Video. A 60 second walkthrough is $229.99 on its own and is the biggest single step up in price. It earns its keep on homes where the buyer is shopping from out of state. Read how long a listing video should be before you pick a length.

Floor plans and 3D tours. A basic 2D floor plan is $49.99, and it answers the furniture question every downsizing buyer asks. A Matterport 3D tour is $229.99 and a Zillow 3D Home tour is $75. Zillow no longer shows Matterport tours, so which one you buy depends on where your buyers look; see choosing a 3D tour for a Florida listing.

Twilight. A real dusk shoot is $149.99. A virtual twilight edit of a daytime exterior is $34.99 and is often the better value for a cover photo.

Distance. There is no travel fee in our core towns around The Villages, Lady Lake, Leesburg, Wildwood and Fruitland Park. The order page checks the address and shows any trip fee for farther towns before you pay.

Where the money is best spent

For a typical Villages or Summerfield resale, the spend that moves results is usually photos, drone and a floor plan. That is the Listing Launch package, and it covers most of what out-of-state buyers check first: the rooms, the setting and whether their furniture fits.

Add video when the price point or the buyer pool justifies it. On a home that will mostly sell to buyers who cannot visit before they shortlist, a walkthrough film or a 3D tour does more than ten extra photos.

Skip anything the listing does not need. A good photographer will tell you when a tour or a twilight shoot is not worth it for a particular home, and that answer is worth more than the discount.

What cheap photography really costs

Phone photos and rushed shoots tend to cost you in the places a buyer notices: dark rooms, leaning walls, gray skies and a gallery that skips the lanai. The few hundred dollars saved can easily be lost to a price reduction or extra weeks on market. If you are weighing the options, how to choose a real estate photographer covers what to ask before you book.
